Job Description
Patient Access Representative providing front-end support for ABA therapy services. Handling patient inquiries and coordinating care in both Spanish and English as a bilingual representative.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for ABA patient inquiries
- Communicate with families in Spanish and English
- Review intake forms, referrals, and patient details for accuracy
- Follow up on missing or incomplete information
- Track intake progress and update internal systems
- Coordinate with scheduling and care teams
Requirements:
- Experience in ABA or behavioral health intake
- Fluent Spanish and strong English skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Comfortable with high-volume, patient-facing calls
