Job Description

Patient Access Representative providing front-end support for ABA therapy services. Handling patient inquiries and coordinating care in both Spanish and English as a bilingual representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for ABA patient inquiries
  • Communicate with families in Spanish and English
  • Review intake forms, referrals, and patient details for accuracy
  • Follow up on missing or incomplete information
  • Track intake progress and update internal systems
  • Coordinate with scheduling and care teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in ABA or behavioral health intake
  • Fluent Spanish and strong English skills
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Comfortable with high-volume, patient-facing calls
