Job Description
Patient Recruitment Associate onboarding clinical-study participants for Richmond Pharmacology. Collecting medical and lifestyle information, maintaining CRM records, and preparing participants for study matching.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end registration process for newly registered participants
- Contact new registrations promptly within agreed service levels
- Conduct detailed telephone registrations and collect personal, medical and lifestyle information
- Create complete participant profiles and accurately record information in the CRM system
- Complete mandatory fields, maintain interaction records, schedule callbacks and escalate safeguarding, medical or data quality concerns
- Work with Participant Acquisition colleagues to prepare completed registrations for handover to the Participant Matching Team
- Maintain participant satisfaction through professional communication, expectation management and positive representation of Richmond Pharmacology
- Meet service levels, productivity targets and quality standards while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with GDPR, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and company Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements:
- GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality or contact centre experience
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Ability to maintain participant confidentiality and comply with GDPR, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and company Standard Operating Procedures
