Job Description

Payroll Associate supporting Strada’s cloud-based payroll and workforce-management services in Thailand. Managing payroll operations, client queries, HRIS data, controls, and service tickets.

Responsibilities:

  • Support payrolls so they are delivered according to agreed processing calendars and KPIs
  • Use payroll expertise to advise on client queries and issues
  • Ensure accurate and timely data management
  • Respond to tickets and calls within SLA timescales and to a high standard
  • Follow and help update Detailed Working Instructions
  • Complete SOC controls on time with necessary evidence
  • Report system issues and defects correctly and log tickets with required details and evidence
  • Highlight service-scope deviations to the Service Manager
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Complete learning objectives and accurate time recording
  • Adhere to Strada security standards
  • Contribute to team meetings and promptly raise issues
  • Maintain awareness of HR announcements and communications
  • Build relationships across lines of business
  • Update internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in assigned projects and activities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing or other corporate environment
  • HRIS knowledge
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
  • Current and future work authorization in Thailand without the need for visa sponsorship by Strada
  • Successful completion of applicable background checks, where permitted by law and as appropriate for the role
