Job Description
People Operations Generalist building onboarding, employee hubs, and scalable AI-powered HR infrastructure. Supporting Videa’s mission to improve dental care through clinical AI.
Responsibilities:
- Build and continuously improve onboarding from offer acceptance through ramp
- Create an employee hub for information and resources
- Build core People policies, documentation, and operating infrastructure
- Identify gaps across the employee lifecycle and determine what to build, improve, or remove
- Use AI and automation across People programs
- Create self-service tools and resources to reduce People administration
- Monitor employee signals and identify issues early
- Partner with the VP of People on new programs and experiments
- Own execution needed to turn ideas into usable employee tools
- Assess current onboarding and People infrastructure during the first 30 days
- Launch a V1 onboarding experience by 60 days
- Launch a central People hub and prioritized infrastructure roadmap by 90 days
- Report to the VP of People and work independently across the company
Requirements:
- Strong systems-thinking ability
- Active use of AI in work, with examples of things built, automated, or fundamentally changed using AI
- Ability to build systems from zero and work from first principles
- Ability to operate independently and drive work forward without detailed instructions
- Strong product instincts and focus on intuitive, useful employee experiences
- Ability to simplify processes
- Comfort moving quickly, experimenting, and iterating
- Passion for innovation in the people space
- Relevant People exposure
- Previous People Operations experience is ideal, particularly experience operating as a small or one-person People function
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
