Job Description
Performance Analyst comparing quantitative healthcare data and developing reports for Baptist Health, a not-for-profit healthcare organization. Supporting Center for Performance Excellence initiatives through database analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives
- Develop complex reports and analyses
- Communicate results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts
- At least three years experience working with quantitative and statistical data (master‘s degree may be substituted for two years of experience)
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics and relational database software
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability which enables data to be well presented and utilized
- Knowledge of Lean principles desired
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and time management skills
