Job Description
Performance Analyst comparing quantitative healthcare data for Baptist Health’s performance excellence initiatives. Developing complex reports and communicating actionable analyses clearly.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives
- Develop complex reports and analyses
- Communicate results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts
- Educational requirements may be substituted with 10 or more years of relevant experience
- 5 years of minimum required experience
- Experience working with quantitative and statistical data
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics, and relational database software
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
- Creative ability to present and utilize data effectively
- Knowledge of Lean principles desired
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills
