Job Description
Performance Marketing Manager enhancing brand awareness and driving sales for Well Fitness Europe. Developing marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Analyze and optimize digital advertising across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram.
- Work closely with the creative team to produce compelling, targeted advertising assets.
- Monitor campaign performance and report key KPIs to management.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new trends and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- You should have at least 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Proficiency with Facebook Ads and Google Ads is essential.
- Experience planning and executing online marketing campaigns is required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable recommendations are expected.
- Teamwork and strong communication skills are important for successful collaboration with other departments.
