Job Description
Paid Ads Specialist managing multi-channel advertising campaigns to drive performance and deliver ROI for eCommerce brands. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance strategy and results.
Responsibilities:
- Managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Analysing campaign performance and implementing data-driven improvements
- Creating and testing ad copy and creatives across multiple platforms
- Managing and allocating advertising budgets effectively
- Conducting A/B testing to optimise campaign performance
- Reporting on results and providing insights to improve strategy
- Collaborating with internal teams to refine and enhance campaign performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across major platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and optimisation
- Ability to create engaging, high-performing ad content
- Experience managing budgets and maximising ROI
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in eCommerce or D2C marketing is advantageous
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not essential)
