Job Description

Senior Growth Campaign Manager at Alpega Group developing marketing campaigns for B2B SaaS solutions. Driving demand generation and pipeline growth across various channels in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, launch, and measure end-to-end demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth across net new lead generation and existing customer marketing
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across paid media, organic channels, email marketing, webinars, and events
  • Design, implement, and monitor multi-channel nurturing campaigns that guide prospects and existing customers through the customer journey, increasing conversion and retention rates
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline impact
  • Stay informed on industry trends and customer behaviors to refine messaging, product offerings, and engagement strategies effectively
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce relevant and engaging materials, supporting nurturing, retention, branding, and lead generation efforts
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and RevOps to align campaign efforts with business goals

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in demand generation, campaign management, or growth-specific roles
  • Solid understanding of TMS or B2B SaaS marketing, with an understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise buying processes
  • A data-driven mindset, able to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance effectively
  • Mandatory fluency in English, fluency in German or French would be highly valued
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Good project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach, always looking for new ways to improve campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams
