Job Description
Head of Paid Social leading our global paid social efforts to drive user acquisition and revenue growth across key markets. Responsibilities include strategy definition, campaign management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a comprehensive paid social strategy
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of paid social specialists
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns
- Own and manage large-scale budgets
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track KPIs
- Lead structured testing initiatives across creatives and audiences
- Collaborate with creative, product, and tech teams to optimize user journeys
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of paid social media platforms (Meta, Snapchat, X)
- Proven track record of managing large media budgets
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in team leadership and mentoring
- Knowledge of iGaming and advertising policies surrounding it.
