Job Description
Performance Marketing Manager for E-commerce brands optimizing Paid Social campaigns remotely. Leading strategy, managing budgets, and collaborating with content teams for effective marketing.
Responsibilities:
- You plan, manage and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok with a clear focus on profitability and scaling
- You implement existing performance strategies and optimize them based on data across all relevant funnel stages
- You manage budgets daily against target KPIs (ROAS, POAS, CAC) and ensure clean execution even with high five- to six-figure monthly budgets
- You develop creative concepts together with the content team, such as UGC ads and founder-led ads, and systematically test hooks, formats and narratives
- You regularly analyze campaign data, prepare client reports and provide strategic advice to clients on holistic account development
- You work closely with internal copywriters to continuously improve sales psychology and direct-response approaches
- You help build out the paid social area over time and take on subject-matter responsibility within the team
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of solid experience in performance marketing with a clear focus on paid social
- Proven track record scaling e-commerce accounts to high five- to six-figure monthly budgets
- Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Confident use of tracking and analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Tracify, Admetrics or comparable systems
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics such as margins, contribution margins, retention, ROAS, POAS and CAC
- Structured thinking and the ability to organize yourself independently
- Desire to pursue leadership and technical responsibility in the future
