Job Description
Customer Service Representative for Tobacco Dept assists Polish-speaking clients. Work from home in Greece providing high-quality customer support for tobacco inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Effectively address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide information about tobacco products.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product information and customer service techniques.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
