Job Description
COBRA & Direct Bill Accounts Manager managing client implementations and service support. Ensuring accurate setup and timely service for COBRA and Direct Bill accounts in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client implementations for COBRA and/or Direct Bill
- Ensure timely and accurate setup of all applicable services associated with the implementation and serviced accounts
- Configuration of net new customer accounts
- Renewal service support and configuration for in-force client accounts
- Ability to assist with additional requests, as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in COBRA and Direct Bill implementation, service, and support
- Excellent understanding of connectedness between HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, and Carrier systems
- Experience working with third party integrations
- Experience working with WEX solution is preferred
- Experience working within PlanSource or Employee Central Benefits is a plus
