Job Description

COBRA & Direct Bill Accounts Manager managing client implementations and service support. Ensuring accurate setup and timely service for COBRA and Direct Bill accounts in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with client implementations for COBRA and/or Direct Bill
  • Ensure timely and accurate setup of all applicable services associated with the implementation and serviced accounts
  • Configuration of net new customer accounts
  • Renewal service support and configuration for in-force client accounts
  • Ability to assist with additional requests, as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in COBRA and Direct Bill implementation, service, and support
  • Excellent understanding of connectedness between HRIS, Benefits, Payroll, and Carrier systems
  • Experience working with third party integrations
  • Experience working with WEX solution is preferred
  • Experience working within PlanSource or Employee Central Benefits is a plus
