Job Description

Senior Change Manager at Blue Acorn iCi leading complex enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Ensuring organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustained adoption of strategic initiatives globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end change management for large, high-impact initiatives with broad organizational reach.
  • Design and execute integrated change strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, communications, enablement, readiness, and adoption.
  • Tailor change approaches to address regional, cultural, and business-specific nuances.
  • Proactively identify change risks, resistance points, and interdependencies.
  • Embed change management best practices into program design and execution.
  • Enable successful execution of enterprise priorities by aligning leadership, teams, and operating behaviors to strategic objectives.
  • Ensure change strategies support business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related strategic roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-region change initiatives.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including dependency management and milestone tracking.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior and executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence, align, and collaborate across complex stakeholder environments.
  • Change management or project management certification (e.g., Prosci, PMP, Agile).
