Job Description
Principal Product Manager at Hometap focusing on growth for home equity investment solutions. Responsible for product roadmap and collaboration across teams to drive strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize the key growth levers across acquisition, activation, and conversion
- Enhance the end-to-end homeowner acquisition experience
- Ideate and build self-serve tools and experiences for homeowners
- Define the product infrastructure for partner and referral channels
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping product that drives meaningful growth
- Demonstrated experience driving growth for a high-stakes, trust-sensitive consumer product; financial services, mortgage, or insurance experience is a plus
- Strong instincts for identifying growth levers
- Experience building tools, calculators, or self-serve experiences that generate demand
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and others
- Genuine excitement about building with AI
- Comfort balancing strategic ideation with in-the-weeds execution
- A bias for action, rigorous experimentation, and continuous learning
