Job Description
Principal Services Solution Architect designing and pricing complex services solutions for the IIS business at Jabil, focusing on customer engagement and service constructs.
Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end Services solutions aligned to customer requirements and IIS strategic objectives
- Design service offerings across the lifecycle, including warranty, extended warranty, support, break/fix, onsite, remote, and managed service constructs
- Develop detailed cost models for Services offerings, including labor, parts, logistics, overhead, and risk assumptions
- Lead customer-facing solution discussions for complex Services opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders
- Lead or significantly contribute to Statement of Work (SOW) development for Services engagements
- Partner with IIS leadership to improve services quoting, pricing, and approval workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in services solution architecture, services pricing, or complex deal support
- Demonstrated experience designing and pricing technology or infrastructure-related services
- Strong understanding of services cost structures, margin drivers, and commercial risk
- Proven ability to engage directly with customers at a senior level
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
