Job Description
Process Manager enhancing office service processes at coeo. Analyzing workflows and collaborating on new strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Further development of department processes in Office Service
- Analyze existing workflows and identify optimization potential
- Support the introduction of new processes
- Accompany change projects from concept through implementation
- Ensure that new structures and processes are sustainably established
Requirements:
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business, project management, or a comparable field
- Relevant professional experience in a service environment, ideally with exposure to mail and document flows
- Practical experience in project or process management
- Analytical working style and enjoyment in critically questioning processes
- Team spirit, clear communication, and self-initiative
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
