Job Description

Process Manager enhancing office service processes at coeo. Analyzing workflows and collaborating on new strategies to improve efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Further development of department processes in Office Service
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify optimization potential
  • Support the introduction of new processes
  • Accompany change projects from concept through implementation
  • Ensure that new structures and processes are sustainably established

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business, project management, or a comparable field
  • Relevant professional experience in a service environment, ideally with exposure to mail and document flows
  • Practical experience in project or process management
  • Analytical working style and enjoyment in critically questioning processes
  • Team spirit, clear communication, and self-initiative
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
