Job Description
Product Designer developing digital products at Macro Group, connecting technology and marketing. Creating high-fidelity interfaces and collaborating with development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create flows, wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces
- Prototype solutions and validate with users
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the technical feasibility of projects
- Evolve and maintain the Design System
- Document design decisions and specifications
- Monitor metrics and iterate based on data
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Design
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
- Experience with Design Systems (creation, maintenance, and governance)
- Experience with white-label products
- Ability to conduct discovery and turn insights into product solutions
- Knowledge of UX/UI (heuristics, usability, accessibility)
- Familiarity with product metrics and experimentation
