Job Description
Product Manager growing Sumsub’s AI-powered compliance and trust infrastructure dashboard. Building activation flows, self-serve communications, and experiments to improve client adoption and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the user experience within Sumsub’s main client dashboard
- Redesign the dashboard home page
- Build end-to-end activation flows including product tours, checklists, contextual hints, and gamification
- Create a self-serve communication system for pop-ups, feature adoption nudges, announcements, and promotional campaigns
- Enable marketing and product teams to reach targeted users without continuous engineering intervention
- Run A/B tests and map user funnels
- Measure activation speed, feature adoption, and client retention
- Manage features across the full product lifecycle, from concept and milestone definition through alignment and production launch
- Coordinate Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering to unify business requests
- Collaborate on the service marketplace and Web SDK evolution
Requirements:
- Proven track record of defining clear milestones, working through technical and design constraints, and delivering features to production
- Excellent communication skills and ability to align engineering, UI/UX design, marketing, and business leads
- Comfortable analyzing onboarding funnels, building hypothesis-led experiments, and optimizing activation and adoption metrics
- Fluent English (from C1)
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS platforms, complex dashboards, or developer-focused product ecosystems is a plus
- Product Manager experience or strong Project Manager experience with a product mindset
