Job Description
Product Manager leading product vision, roadmaps, metrics, and delivery at Rumor Avenue, a creative studio serving high-growth tech companies. Managing clients, stakeholders, developers, and designers across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product ideas and execute product development
- Monitor product and feature success through metrics
- Lead the team and ensure features launch promptly
- Work with multiple clients and partners simultaneously
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap with suitable documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders from management through developers to understand their needs
- Identify success criteria, potential scope creep, and product risks
- Create strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Collaborate with developers and UI/UX designers from initial concept through execution and delivery
- Own the product management tool and process
- Advocate for customers by articulating user needs
- Provide proactive feedback to ensure changes are complete and accurate
- Adjust priorities as needed and maintain transparent communication
- Provide daily and weekly updates to Rumor Management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management
- 2+ years of experience in product management
- Comfortable working in an agency environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to create low-fidelity wireframes for documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to use Google Suite, Notion, and Figma
- Experience in product management at product- or service-based technology companies
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience with Agile processes and methods
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- High EQ, interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience creating processes and reports to showcase project updates to multiple stakeholders
- Work from anywhere in the US
