Job Description
Senior Director leading RealPage’s Conversational AI product strategy and team. Improving efficiency and engagement for multifamily property management companies.
Responsibilities:
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RealPage's Conversational AI product suite.
- Lead product strategy execution across ideation, development, launch, post-launch adoption, and iteration.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, customer pain points, and innovation opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success on product development, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
- Engage customers to gather insights, validate product concepts, and drive adoption of new products and features.
- Manage and mentor Product Managers and Business Analysts.
- Champion ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing high-performing product management teams.
- Deep understanding of and passion for artificial intelligence, including AI governance principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications.
- Proven experience with AI-driven techniques and technologies.
- Strong familiarity with Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning methodologies, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model context protocols.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies and roadmaps.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
- Experience in the multifamily PropTech space is a strong plus.
