Job Description
Product Manager at Feathr focusing on product backlog and features for nonprofit marketing. Collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver actionable product enhancements that benefit our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Own our product backlog, defining and prioritizing features that empower nonprofits to effectively market to their audiences.
- Use data, research, and discretion to make product decisions that deliver customer and company value.
- Work with design and engineering teams to turn customer needs into actionable features.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Education team to ensure documentation of features and provide training for internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS or digital platform environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a product backlog aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product design, engineering, and customer education.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging user research and product usage data to inform decisions.
