Job Description

Product Marketing Manager overseeing web funnel launches and user acquisition strategies at Rozmova, a mental health platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for market expansion and optimization efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce user acquisition costs and identify new acquisition channels
  • Optimize product functionality to improve unit economics
  • Support expansion into new markets by adapting strategies to regional specifics and user needs
  • Generate and validate hypotheses to optimize acquisition funnels and monetization strategies, with a focus on reducing CAC
  • Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests to increase user engagement and funnel efficiency
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product improvement opportunities and drive growth
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AI, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure smooth delivery of new features and updates
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and platform metrics to ensure alignment with growth goals
  • Participate in strategic planning, working with stakeholders and translating business objectives into clear, actionable plans

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Hands-on experience testing new funnels and products
  • Ownership of the full funnel development lifecycle — from ideation, research, and design to implementation and analysis
  • Proven expertise in user research with a strong understanding of UX and CRO principles
  • Experience working closely with User Acquisition Managers and Creative Marketers
  • Experience building funnels using third-party tools and/or custom solutions
  • Demonstrated experience with web-to-web funnels
  • Practical experience running A/B tests, analyzing data, and working with analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Tableau, Amplitude)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and translating them into clear tasks for technical teams
  • Excellent project management, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
