Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Building or validating GTM strategy for new product launches or market entries
  • Owning outbound sequences, pipeline generation, and lead qualification
  • Setting up and running demand generation programs (paid, content, community, or outbound)
  • Creating messaging frameworks, positioning documents, and ICP definitions
  • Instrumenting GTM with the right tools and handing off a system that runs

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on GTM experience (SaaS, B2B, or growth-stage startup preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to own a GTM motion end-to-end, from ICP definition to pipeline
  • Proficiency with at least 2–3 GTM tools (Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, etc.)
  • Ability to work async, communicate in writing, and operate independently
  • Prior freelance or consulting experience strongly preferred
