Job Description
Product Marketing Manager shaping positioning and launches for Fundraise Up’s nonprofit fundraising platform. Translating complex products into compelling narratives, customer insights, and GTM content.
Responsibilities:
- Run the Early Access Program for the assigned focus area, coordinating with Sales and CS to support customers and design partners on early releases
- Capture specific customer requirements from the field for incorporation into the Product roadmap
- Define and continuously evolve product positioning and messaging across relevant personas
- Transform complex product capabilities into clear, benefit-driven narratives and build deep product-area expertise
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science where relevant to determine product-market fit, TAM, and opportunity cost
- Build and lead launch strategies in partnership with the Director of Product Marketing
- Deliver content to GTM teams, including Demand Gen and RevOps, to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue impact
- Own product-vs-product and roadmap-vs-roadmap competitive intelligence
- Represent the product area at conferences, in web content, and customer-facing materials
- Contribute to packaging, licensing, and bundling strategy
- Actively use AI in day-to-day work and identify opportunities for AI to reshape functional problems
Requirements:
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, owning end-to-end product positioning and launches
- Product depth sufficient to take customer calls independently at the depth of the public documentation
- Strong writing and storytelling ability paired with a strategic mind
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Confidence leading conversations with Product, Sales, and Executive teams
- Solid grasp of marketing funnels, sales cycles, and customer journeys
- Deeply curious, data-driven, and motivated by purpose-driven work
- Able to travel internationally without restriction, with roughly 25% travel to the US and Europe for conferences, offsites, and industry events
- Must be able to obtain the necessary travel authorizations
- Experience in nonprofit tech, fintech, or growth-stage startups (nice to have)
- Vertical marketing experience, especially nonprofit, faith, education, or health and cause-area expertise (nice to have for Core Markets)
- 0 to 1 or new-capability product marketing experience through GA with direct early-customer development work (nice to have for New Products)
- Technical product marketing experience with platform, API, data, or ML/AI products (nice to have for Platform & Core Products)
