Job Description
Product Owner at Saily working on secure mobile data service for travelers. Managing product line performance and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Align objectives, expectations, and timeframes among developers, designers, product, and business stakeholders
- Manage the backlog
- Drive team priorities, tying them closely with higher level organizational goals
- Own business-related decisions, set direction on the feature
- Monitor product performance and customer behaviour, identifying improvement areas and growth opportunities
- Take full ownership of one product line
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner
- Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Ability to independently navigate an ambiguous environment
- A tendency to proactively raise challenges and identify solutions
- Work on a B2C product is a plus
- Be based in Krakow or Wroclaw (role is remote, however)
