Job Description

Program Manager managing initiatives to enhance patient care in the Cleveland Clinic healthcare system. Collaborating with various stakeholders to improve operations and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain initiatives related to an assigned program.
  • Develop systems and procedures to enhance patient care.
  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
  • Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field and two years of experience in project management, data analysis and systems training
  • High School Diploma/GED and six years of experience
  • Associate’s Degree and four years of experience
  • Master’s Degree and one year of experience
  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development
  • Experience in a healthcare setting
  • Cisco, UCCE and/or Verint experience
