Job Description
SAP Program Manager leading SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA transformation programs. Managing sprint planning, requirements gathering, and project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sprint planning and program execution.
- Own demand intake and requirements gathering.
- Define and prioritize Unified Platform scope of work.
- Identify dependencies and remove delivery blockers.
- Drive BODS retirement and consumer sign‑offs.
- Support FDL OneLake and EDL retirement initiatives.
- Migrate BW/4HANA datasets to Unified Platform/FDL.
- Support SAP Domain AI Agent efforts (as applicable).
Requirements:
- Hands‑on experience with SAP BW/4HANA and S/4HANA
- Recent experience leading large SAP transformation programs
- Strong technical program management skills
- Good understanding of Azure platform and data architecture
- Ability to drive discussions with business and engineering teams
