Job Description
Program Manager for complex automotive programs ensuring execution from concept to launch. Overseeing quality, cost, and strategic objectives within the Driveline/Transmission systems family.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Program Manager for complex automotive programs within the Driveline/Transmission systems family.
- Accountable for program execution from concept to launch.
- Ensure alignment with quality, cost, timing, and strategic business objectives.
- Serve as the primary technical and program reference for your component family.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering field.
- 2-3 years of experience in automotive industry.
- Proven experience in Program or Project Management within automotive product development.
- Strong exposure to Driveline/Powertrain systems, particularly transmission‑related components.
- Solid understanding of system development and product life‑cycle processes.
- Knowledge of financial and cost management.
- Good communication and executive level reporting.
- High cross cultural awareness and experience working in global environments.
- Proficient in English.
