Job Description

Program Manager at Forbes Advisor overseeing SEM projects and ensuring successful project delivery with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects within Paid Marketing team, supporting the Search Engine Marketing teams across all verticals
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical and product teams and third parties to define project requirements and deliverables
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams
  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance to ensure project objectives are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates to senior leaders on project status, risks, and issues
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes
  • Collaborate with key stakeholder teams in the Social and Native to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus
  • Experience in the Financial Services, Insurance, Home, Health, or Legal sectors is preferred
  • Familiarity with the digital media landscape and publisher platforms
  • Experience in affiliate marketing and paid marketing is beneficial
