Job Description

Part-Time Program Operations Coordinator managing daily operations for Notion's Setup Sessions program. Ensuring effective systems maintenance, onboarding, and payouts as well as streamlining processes with AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day maintenance of the core program ops system
  • Provide screening and onboarding admin support
  • Provide payouts administration support
  • Maintain and improve the key program ops admin databases
  • Reduce manual work by building, testing, and iterating on AI-assisted workflows

Requirements:

  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Strong Notion proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to improve and streamline operational systems
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted operations
  • Familiarity with MCP or similar patterns
