Job Description

Project Management Experience Program provides training for early career EPC and project management personnel. Participants complete three rotations over two years for comprehensive skills development.

Responsibilities:

  • Accelerates the development of early career EPC and project management personnel
  • Intensive training in technical and leadership skills
  • Leadership skills necessary to fulfill customer and business objectives
  • Two-year program with three eight-month rotational assignments
  • Demonstrating a field desire for PMEP role

Requirements:

  • Early career EPC and project management personnel
  • Field / construction and scheduling experience
  • Third discipline rotation in commercial operations, quality, sourcing, contract management, finance, project controls, logistics, project management, lean, and technical
