Job Description
Commercial Landscape Estimator preparing cost estimates for irrigation and landscape projects. Collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure project success from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for commercial landscape projects including irrigation and landscape
- Support the full bid process—from initial review through submission
- Partner with sales team to align estimates
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to gather pricing and availability
- Assist with project handoffs to sales team, ensuring clear scope and expectation
- Help track job performance vs. estimate to improve future accuracy
Requirements:
- 1–4+ years of experience in landscape estimating, construction estimating, or project coordination
- Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and bid documents
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple bids at once
- Comfortable working in estimating tools
- Strong communication skills
