Job Description
Project Manager implementing MuseumPlus and eMuseumPlus for zetcom’s Benelux museums, galleries, archives, and collections. Managing customer projects, migrations, releases, testing, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
- Implement our software solutions in museums, collections, galleries and archives, with an initial focus on the Benelux region and subsequent expansion to other parts of Europe
- Plan, execute, control and monitor customer projects of various sizes within multiproject management, meeting time and budget requirements
- Demonstrate standard features, present functional possibilities and clarify the distinction from customizations
- Analyze additional customer requirements and specify customizations where needed
- Implement customizations together with technical experts through configuration and code extensions
- Deploy add‑ons and new product releases for existing customers
- Lead moderately complex data migrations and self‑configured data imports via the standard interface
- Define work packages, assign project teams and ensure delivery quality
- Perform release testing, organize customer acceptance tests (UAT) and manage project sign-offs
- Communicate with stakeholders and Customer Care
- Conduct project meetings and workshops and provide status reporting
- Provide occasional support for presales activities and for support cases (2nd level)
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business or Cultural Studies
- Experience leading customer projects in IT or web-based applications, preferably at a service company
- High degree of independence, personal responsibility and ability to work in a team, including virtual teams
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English
- Good German communication skills
- French language skills are a plus
- Work experience in Belgium and/or the Netherlands
- Sustained enthusiasm for understanding new customer needs and for meticulous execution
- Comfortable switching between commercial and technical perspectives
- Experience configuring business applications is an advantage
- Knowledge of Collection Management Systems or basics of archival and documentation practice is a plus
- Proficient use of helpdesk, ticketing and task-management systems is advantageous
- Remote workspace and infrastructure suitable for effective remote work are available
- Residence and primary place of work/life near the Benelux region
- Willingness to travel as needed and agreed, nationally and internationally
