Job Description
Technical Project Manager leading Agile delivery and service execution in logistics AI platform. Coordinating sprints and managing release quality in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own the entire sprint lifecycle — planning, execution, retrospectives, and delivery.
- Lead daily standups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews with engineering and QA teams.
- Track sprint velocity, blockers, and burn-down charts using Jira or ClickUp.
- Partner with DevOps to manage release pipelines, version control, and CI/CD reliability.
- Ensure every sprint delivers a tested, production-ready release on time.
- Coordinate dependencies across frontend, backend, and mobile engineering teams.
- Translate product requirements into actionable technical milestones and tasks.
- Track and report progress, risks, and release readiness to leadership.
- Manage incident response, hotfixes, and post-release reviews with DevOps and QA.
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, documentation, and team delivery efficiency.
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years experience in Technical Project Management, Agile Delivery, or Service Delivery
- Strong technical understanding of software engineering, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud systems
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and sprint delivery best practices
- Proficient in Jira, ClickUp, or other project management tools
- Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional, remote engineering environments
- Comfortable managing multiple projects across time zones
- Preferred: familiarity with Node.js, GoLang, React, Flutter, AWS, and Kafka ecosystems
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented — with a focus on shipping clean, predictable releases.
