Job Description
Manager for academic partnerships and project management at Global University Systems, coordinating global projects across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate global academic partnership projects, ensuring timely and structured execution
- Support targeted outreach to potential partners and stakeholders, and follow through to help convert opportunities into active projects
- Coordinate with internal teams and international stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Track project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams
- Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to support partnership initiatives
- Maintain accurate and well-structured documentation of partnerships, agreements, and activities
- Prepare and review high-quality reports, trackers, and presentations for internal use
- Support senior stakeholders with updates, tracking, and coordination across projects
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all outputs and communications
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in project management, academic partnerships, or international program coordination
- Strong experience in managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to work with cross-border teams and global stakeholders
- Experience in market research, reporting, and presentation development
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (essential)
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and disciplined manner
- Bachelor's is Mandatory and Masters is a plus.
