Job Description
Teamlead for Customer Project Management in the DI/IGT area responsible for leading a local team and driving project success. Engage in pre-sales support and complex customer-oriented project management.
Responsibilities:
- Disciplinary leadership of a local Customer Project Management team in the district for DI and IGT
- Personnel and talent management including coaching, training and development of employees
- Responsibility for sales/revenue for DI/IGT in the district
- Pre-sales support: supporting (K)AM and MSS
- Monitoring of additional costs in DI orders/projects in the district
- Supporting the CPM Lead with monthly and quarterly closings (district revenue)
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Medical Technology, Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience with imaging systems
- Strong customer understanding (customer processes) with consideration of company economic objectives
- Experience in project management
- PMP certification advantageous
- Network knowledge
- Knowledge of the relevant product portfolio (DXR, IGT, CT, MR)
- Business-fluent German and English skills as well as leadership experience
Benefits:
- Collective agreement minimum salary: € 89,568.92 per year
- Willingness to pay above the minimum
