Job Description

Customer Project Management Lead managing Customer Project Manager operations in DACH region. Overseeing complex project execution and ensuring KPI achievement for Philips' DI/IGT business.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the Customer Project Manager (CPM) function in the DACH region, including disciplinary and project responsibilities within DI/IGT
  • Manage the Customer Project Management Team Lead for DI/IGT
  • Responsible for sales/revenue for DI/IGT in the DACH region (our largest business)
  • Responsible for meeting all CPM & DI/IGT KPIs in DACH
  • Responsible for the execution, implementation and handover of DI/IGT orders from Sales
  • Ensure compliance with mandated project management standards and processes, e.g., project planning, quality, and budget
  • Responsible for the timely escalation of deviations from CPM norms outside the prescribed guidelines
  • Responsible for internal evaluation, review and auditing of CPM projects
  • Implement corrective actions agreed with SCM management
  • Responsible for the training, knowledge and competence development of CPM managers
  • Provide objective consulting (pre-sales support), communication and escalation for complex customer projects
  • Consider and adhere to Business Unit (BU) requirements
  • Responsible for the allocation of projects and customers to project managers
  • Proactively escalate and timely report capacity constraints that could impact project completion

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Several years of experience in operations, e.g., customer service
  • Strong customer understanding (customer processes)
  • Good knowledge of the business area
  • High resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a professional presence both internally and externally
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing transformations
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent team player
  • Solid, well-founded knowledge of LEAN
  • Strong analytical skills (e.g., experience with analytics)
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, macros, formulas) and experience with common service analytics tools (e.g., QlikView, ServiceMax reports)
  • Professional experience in supply chain management
  • Project management experience
  • Preferably PMP certification; knowledge of SAP, SFDC and PSA (Power BI & Qlik Sense)
  • Very good German and English skills and leadership experience
