Job Description
Clinical Project Manager leading dermatology clinical trials for global CRO TFS HealthScience. Managing sponsors, budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage clinical studies from start-up through close-out
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across departments
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects comply with applicable regulations, SOPs, and quality standards
- Support business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses as needed
- Provide regular project updates and financial forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clinical Project Manager within clinical research
- At least 2–3 years of dermatology clinical trial experience
- Prior CRO experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing study budgets, timelines, and client relationships
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
- Must be based in the United States; West Coast location preferred
