Job Description
Scrum Lead coordinating Agile and SAFe delivery for Robert Half’s HR and financial technology solutions. Managing planning, dependencies, risks, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective Agile and SAFe team events
- Coach teams on practical Agile behaviors that improve ownership, collaboration, transparency, and delivery flow
- Support PI Planning and release planning by clarifying team capacity, objectives, risks, dependencies, and readiness needs
- Apply project management discipline to support planning, milestone awareness, action item follow-up, decision tracking, and execution alignment
- Coordinate across teams and partners on priorities, scope, handoffs, dependencies, timing, and delivery commitments
- Collaborate with business teams to understand measurable business benefits and communicate them to HRFS teams
- Publish objective, regular, accurate project status to stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings and optimize communication at all organizational levels
- Provide delivery updates covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and next steps
- Promote quality Jira and reporting data for visibility into work, capacity, delivery health, and trends
- Translate team-level delivery information into stakeholder communications
- Identify, track, escalate, and help resolve impediments, risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies
- Support release readiness through checkpoints, demos, testing readiness, follow-ups, and delivery communications
- Partner with Product Owners, Project Managers, Engineering, Quality, Business, Application Leadership, vendors, and technology teams
- Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and data-informed changes
- Influence without direct authority by building trust, creating clarity, and moving teams from discussion to resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Lead, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar technology delivery role
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices
- Experience using Jira or similar Agile work management tools
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, business partners, vendors, and senior-level stakeholders
- Strong facilitation, organization, problem-solving, prioritization, and influence skills
- Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, SSM, SASM, or equivalent
- Experience working in a scaled Agile environment, including PI Planning and cross-team dependency management
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, modernization initiatives, HR or Finance technology, cloud platforms, data platforms, or shared service solutions
- General understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, or modern application delivery concepts
- Successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment
