Job Description
Project Manager leading PATH workstreams and clinical data repository delivery at Endava, a technology consultancy. Managing plans, budgets, dependencies, risks, quality, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives aligned with current ways of working
- Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage impacts of dependency systems
- Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders for the mission-critical clinical data repository
- Lead, plan, schedule, track, and manage project deliverables, goals, and milestones for PATH workstreams
- Create detailed work plans identifying activities, resources, and objectives
- Develop and communicate project scope, timeline, resource requirements, and assumptions
- Map complex dependencies across workstreams, including clinical workflows, billing, and offline capabilities
- Provide day-to-day direction and oversight for project teams
- Monitor progress against goals and adjust plans or resources to meet customer and clinical needs
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and monitor resource utilization
- Implement review and quality assurance procedures
- Identify and track tasks to completion and resolve blockers
- Create and execute project plans while monitoring timelines and resource allocation
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders impacted by project scope, budget, risk, and resources
- Report project status, metrics, scope, and schedule to leadership and team members
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Identify, resolve, and escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, with a preference for software or clinical application projects
- Proficiency in project management tools, including MS Project
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Teams
- Preferred experience with healthcare software
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage effectively with leaders across the organization
- High school diploma or GED required
- Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls, as necessary
- Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary
- Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer, as necessary
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead, as necessary
- Hand-eye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment, as necessary
- Vision abilities including close vision, toleration of fluorescent lighting, and adjusting focus, as necessary
- For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, ability to lift 25 lbs, as necessary
- For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance, a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required
