Job Description
Project Manager coordinating TraffHub’s tech-business projects, backlogs, and workflows. Managing priorities, stakeholders, risks, and cross-team delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects and internal processes at the intersection of the business and technology departments
- Assign tasks to teams and monitor their completion
- Create clear technical specifications
- Maintain and update the backlog
- Work with ClickUp and GitHub Projects
- Define priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and owners
- Synchronize the work of different teams
- Communicate with stakeholders at various levels, including C-level executives
- Monitor project statuses and proactively report risks and blockers
- Help improve and systematize work processes
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Project Manager, Process Manager, or Operations Manager
- Experience working with technical teams is a plus
- Proficiency in ClickUp
- Understanding of how to work with GitHub Projects or GitHub Boards
- Experience preparing technical specifications and managing backlogs
- Ability to set priorities and keep multiple parallel processes under control
- Strong communication skills and experience interacting with C-level executives
- Understanding of the digital, media buying, or gambling industries
- Self-motivated, organized, and structured thinker
- Emotional maturity, a calm attitude toward change, and a constructive approach to feedback
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently without constant supervision
