Job Description

Project Sales Representative driving revenue through sales of life safety and security solutions for commercial clients. Engaging clients, designing proposals, and closing projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new commercial clients through networking, referrals, cold calls, and industry events
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, handling the full sales cycle from lead generation to project close
  • Work closely with clients to assess their needs, design customized solutions, and present detailed proposals
  • Deliver professional, in-person presentations and proposals to decision-makers
  • Partner with operations to ensure seamless project handoff and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Provide timely follow-ups and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and compliance standards
  • Participate in weekly sales training and mentorship sessions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in life safety, fire alarm, or security systems (required)
  • Strong understanding of NFPA codes, fire alarm systems, access control, and intrusion detection technologies
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required
