Job Description

Property Manager overseeing daily operations, tenant management, and compliance for properties. Ideal for a proactive individual with strong communication skills and 3+ years in property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Handle tenant communications, concerns, and lease agreements in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams for repairs and services.
  • Monitor rent collection, billing, property expenses and reports, and assist in budgeting.
  • Assist with lease preparations and move-ins / move-outs.
  • Maintain property management software, documents, and tenant databases.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, maintenance, expenses, and property performance.
  • Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across all properties.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in property management role.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
  • Experience coordinating across departments, vendors, and external partners.
