Job Description
Offerings Manager overseeing Palo Alto Networks professional services portfolio management. Driving sales transformation and managing compliance as part of Exclusive Networks’ global services offering.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the integration of Palo Alto Networks professional services into Exclusive Networks’ distribution sales motion
- Own and curate the portfolio of Palo Alto Networks professional services offered by Exclusive Networks worldwide
- Act as the global point of contact for Palo Alto Networks’ professional services program team
- Own the global catalog of professional services SKU codes for Palo Alto Networks in Exclusive Networks’ systems
- Track key performance indicators for the Palo Alto Networks professional services offerings
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in services product management or vendor relationship management in the IT or cybersecurity sector
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks technologies or training programs is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of how vendor-authorized partnerships operate
- Proficiency in analyzing sales and operational data (e.g., using Excel or BI tools like Power BI)
- Excellent project management skills to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is beneficial
- Solid technical aptitude is needed
