Job Description
Quality Control Manager ensuring quality control processes for commercial and federal construction projects at Prairie Band, LLC. Focus on documentation, compliance, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously review quality control processes, procedures, and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements.
- Make recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
- Review client QC requirements and ensure that quality control documentation for the project meets contractual requirements.
- Review and approve Contractor and subcontractor quality control documentation to ensure their planned activities meet contractual requirements.
- Understand client needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
- Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Construction Quality Control Manager, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience in and ability to utilize the 3-phase inspection program.
- Must be conscientious and responsible.
- Must have a keen eye for detail.
- Must have a results-driven approach to work.
- Must have outstanding communication skills and excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office products.
- BS/BA in business administration or relevant field is preferred but not a requirement.
- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
- Must be able to work multiple shifts and weekend work as needed.
- Must be able to pass a federal background check.
