Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant développant une activité de conciergerie immobilière ALB à Kourou. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and grow your concierge business in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who want to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Monitor operations in real time via the ALB platform
- Delegate portfolio management to the ALB network during periods of absence
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome
- Motivation and drive
- Independence of a self-employed entrepreneur, with the support of a structured network
- Desire to build a recurring long-term income
- Self-employed status
