Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant lançant et développant une conciergerie immobilière ALB. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and develop your concierge business in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Monitor your business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area
Requirements:
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Motivation and drive
- The autonomy of an independent business owner, backed by the support of a structured network
- Desire to build a recurring, long-term income
- Self-employed status
- No investment required
