Job Description

Recruiter driving talent acquisition by identifying and hiring top talent for fintech growth. Ownership of end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment in Colombia.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Addi’s growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring the world-class talent that will define our success
  • Take e2e ownership of recruiting for critical business positions
  • Achieve and maintain an average time-to-fill of 45 days or less for all your assigned requisitions
  • Ensure your hired candidates are rated as high quality in their first 6-month review
  • Establish yourself as a trusted talent advisor to your primary hiring managers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing end to end hiring processes with different seniorities
  • 6-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2-3 years specifically focusing on senior-level in a high-growth technology company (fintech, SaaS, or a similar fast-paced environment is a strong plus)
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists) and corporate functions.
  • Familiarity with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is highly required
