Job Description

Recruiter Coordinator handling candidate experience for AI startup. Ensuring smooth hiring process and operational improvements for recruiting team, involved in scheduling and optimizing ATS.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones
  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely and warm touchpoints throughout the process.
  • Maintain and optimize our ATS - keeping data clean, pipelines accurate, and reporting up to date.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires, partnering with People Ops to deliver a great Day 1 experience.

Requirements:

  • Ensuring every candidate has a seamless, world-class experience from first interview to Day 1.
  • Coordinate hiring manager debriefs and ensure feedback is collected promptly after interviews.
  • Help improve recruiting operations by identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements.
